Welcome to soleil socks! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. About Us

soleil socks is operated by Paulina Jakuszewski, based in Canada. We design and sell stylish grippy socks for movement lovers—think Pilates, barre, and beyond.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • We accept major payment methods through our secure checkout provider.

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping (unless otherwise noted).

4. Shipping

  • We ship across Canada and select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are available at checkout.

  • soleil socks is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Duties & Customs (for international customers)

  • If you're ordering outside of Canada, your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are not included in your order and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our product (socks are intimate wear), all sales are final for hygiene reasons.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@soleilsocks.ca. We'll do our best to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—logos, designs, photos, and product names—belongs to soleil socks (owned by Paulina Jakuszewski) and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

soleil socks is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to personal injury. Use our socks responsibly and safely.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the new Terms.
